Our Small-Group AI Training is designed for 2–10 business owners, consultants, executives, or leadership team members who want practical, hands-on guidance using AI in their day-to-day work. The program is customized to the group’s experience level, business objectives, industry, and priorities, allowing participants to learn together while focusing on real-world applications that matter to their organization. Training may include:
AI Fundamentals & Strategy – Understanding the leading AI platforms, capabilities, limitations, and business use cases.
Prompting & AI Communication – Learning how to create stronger prompts and repeatable frameworks for better, more consistent results.
Productivity & Workflow Optimization – Applying AI to research, writing, analysis, planning, meetings, documentation, and everyday business tasks.
AI Agents, Custom GPTs & Automation – Identifying opportunities to create reusable AI assistants, agents, and automated workflows.
AI for Marketing, Sales & Growth – Using AI to support content creation, lead generation, client engagement, service delivery, and new revenue opportunities.
Responsible & Secure AI Use – Addressing privacy, cybersecurity, data handling, hallucinations, verification, and appropriate organizational AI practices.
The recommended format is 6–8 hours of instructor-led training, typically delivered as two 3–4 hour sessions or three 2–3 hour sessions. Before training begins, the group’s current AI knowledge, goals, common workflows, and priority challenges are assessed so the program can be tailored accordingly. Sessions combine instruction, demonstrations, guided exercises, discussion, and hands-on implementation using realistic business scenarios.

Session 3: Automation, AI Assistants, Risk Management & Implementation Planning
Training can be customized from beginner through advanced business-user level.
Participants can work through shared organizational use cases as well as role-specific examples.
Optional emphasis can be placed on leadership, consulting, marketing, sales, operations, automation, productivity, or cybersecurity.
The small-group format allows for interactive discussion, individual questions, live demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving while maintaining a highly personalized training experience.
