Our 1:1 AI Training is a private, customized program designed specifically for business owners, consultants, and executives who want to use AI more effectively in their actual work. Rather than following a generic curriculum, each training is tailored to the participant’s current AI experience, business objectives, role, industry, and workflow. Training may include:
AI Fundamentals & Strategy – Understanding today’s leading AI tools and where they fit into your business.
Prompting & AI Communication – Creating stronger prompts and repeatable prompt frameworks that produce better results.
Productivity & Workflow Optimization – Using AI for research, writing, analysis, planning, meetings, documentation, and everyday business tasks.
AI Agents, Custom GPTs & Automation – Exploring opportunities to create reusable AI assistants, agents, and automated workflows.
AI for Revenue & Business Growth – Applying AI to marketing, lead generation, client services, product development, and new revenue opportunities.

The recommended format is approximately 6 hours of private instruction, typically delivered as three 2-hour sessions or two 3-hour intensive sessions. The program begins with an assessment of the participant’s goals, existing tools, skill level, and highest-value use cases, allowing the training to focus on what will create the greatest immediate impact. By the end of the engagement, the participant should not simply understand AI better, but have practical ways to incorporate it into their real-world work.

Training is hands-on and implementation-focused, using the participant’s own business scenarios whenever appropriate.
Content can be adjusted from AI beginner through advanced business-user level.
Optional emphasis can be placed on leadership, consulting, marketing, operations, automation, productivity, or cybersecurity, depending on individual needs.
